Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the user (the "User", "You") and the Media Bazar platform (the "Platform", "we").

By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What is Media Bazar

Media Bazar is an online platform that connects advertisers (companies, brands) with creators (content authors on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Advertisers create campaigns, creators record videos following the campaign rules and receive payouts per view.

3. Account Registration

• You must be of legal age (18+)
• You must provide truthful data
• One user = one account (duplicates are blocked)
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe
• You must verify ownership of the social network you submit videos from

4. Video Publication Rules

4.1 Criteria for Accepting a Video to a Campaign

A video must meet ALL of the following:

• Published on the social network after joining the campaign on the Platform
• Duration — not less than defined by the campaign (typically 15+ seconds)
• Contains all required campaign hashtags
• Reaches the minimum views count (defined by the campaign, typically 1000+)
• Posted on an authorized social network connected to your account

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Content that violates Ukrainian law or international norms
• Content containing discrimination, hate speech, violence
• Pornography, 18+ content
• Content that infringes on third-party copyrights
• Artificial view inflation (bots, clickfarms, purchased views)
• Copied or reuploaded videos from other accounts

Violation = video rejection + warning. Repeated violation = account block + balance forfeiture.

5. Payouts

5.1 Earnings Calculation

Payout is calculated as:

(views / 1000) × campaign rate

Views are collected via official social network APIs. We recalculate them automatically every hour.

5.2 Minimum Payout Amount

Withdrawals are available from $20 (USDT). The threshold is set by the Platform and may be changed.

5.3 Payout Method

Payouts are made in USDT (TRC-20 network) to the wallet you specified in settings. Network fees are on the recipient's side.

5.4 Timing

• Payout request review: up to 3 business days
• Transfer: 1 business day after approval

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content (videos) — remains your intellectual property
• By submitting a video to a campaign, you grant the Platform and advertiser a non-exclusive license to display the metrics of that video (views, likes) in internal statistics
• Logos, interface, Platform code — property of Media Bazar. Copying is prohibited

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors in the views parser, or preservation of your data in social networks.

7.2 Third-Party Actions

We are not responsible for:

• Blocking of your account by a social network (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Changes in social network APIs that make view collection impossible
• Delays or failures in the USDT network

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or block your account in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent actions (view inflation, purchased views, copied videos)
• Official request from law enforcement

You can delete your account at any time in settings. Unpaid funds on a blocked account are not refundable if the block occurred due to a violation.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes = agreement with the new Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before resorting to court, please contact us at support@media-bazar.ai-platform.space — we will try to resolve the matter amicably within 14 days.

Jurisdiction — Ukraine. Disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law.
