This Privacy Policy describes how the Media Bazar platform (the "Platform", "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.

  • Name, email, phone number (at sign-up)
  • Password in encrypted form (bcrypt)
  • Avatar and interface language

2.2 Social Network Data (via OAuth)

When you connect social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), we receive through the official OAuth:

  • Public profile identifier (username, profile URL)
  • Follower count, average views
  • Metadata of posts you submit to campaigns (URL, title, views, likes, publish date, hashtags)

We do NOT receive: your social network passwords, access to private messages, private contacts.

2.3 Financial Data

  • Crypto wallet address (USDT TRC-20) for payouts
  • History of accruals and payouts

2.4 Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, OS
  • Cookies for session and language settings
  • API request logs (for security and debugging)

3. How We Use the Data

  • Account authentication and security
  • Ownership verification of social accounts (to confirm that you actually own the account you submit videos from)
  • View counting and payout calculation according to campaign terms
  • Fraud prevention (fingerprinting, rate-limiting)
  • Service communication: notifications about video status and payouts

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with:

  • Campaign advertisers — aggregated metrics (views, platform) without contact details
  • Payment processors — crypto wallet address to execute payout
  • Law enforcement — only upon official request

5. Storage and Security

  • Servers located in the Netherlands (GDPR-compliant)
  • Passwords — bcrypt with salt
  • Connections — HTTPS/TLS 1.3 only
  • OAuth tokens stored encrypted
  • Backups — daily, encrypted

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access — receive a copy of all your data
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data in settings
  • Erasure — fully delete your account (except data we are legally required to retain)
  • Withdraw consent — disconnect any social network at any time
  • Portability — receive your data in JSON format

  • Analytics cookies: internal metrics (no Google Analytics / Facebook Pixel in the base version)

8. Children

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you discover that your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days before taking effect. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
